Description: Mr. Barsegyan co-founded Integra Technologies in 1997 and has been instrumental in leading the company’s success in technology development, sales, and operations management for the past 25 years. Prior to being named COO in 2014, Mr. Barsegyan was Vice President of RF Power Amplifiers where he was focused on extending the company’s core pallet portfolio to Gallium Nitride-based solutions. Prior to that Mr. Barsegyan was with Power Hybrids Inc. (later to become MACOM) where he focused on RF and Microwave transistor development. Mr. Barsegyan has over 40 years of deep domain expertise focused on designing, manufacturing and fielding high power RF and Microwave transistors and amplifiers.
